Tiana is a Las Vegas native, entrepreneur, and administrative professional with a diverse background in healthcare, business administration, design, and community service. As the founder of Faithful Hands Consulting & Design, she combines her professional experience, creativity, and passion for helping others to provide practical, professional, and customized solutions.

Tiana has several years of experience in the healthcare field, including the revenue cycle from eligibility down to accounts receivable. During her time as a medical professional, she developed a strong understanding of administrative processes, documentation, accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Her education in Healthcare Administration has further strengthened her ability to identify opportunities for improvement and help organizations operate more effectively.

During her time as Administration Director at her local church, Tiana discovered a deeper passion for design, organization, and assisting her community. Through her administrative role, she gained hands-on experience creating flyers, programs, certificates, business materials, documents, and other resources while supporting the needs of the organization and the people it serves. What began as a responsibility quickly grew into a passion for using her skills to make a meaningful difference.

That passion ultimately inspired the creation of Faithful Hands Consulting & Design LLC. Tiana brings together her administrative expertise and creative abilities to assist businesses, organizations, and individuals with administrative consulting, document preparation, graphic design, memorial and obituary materials, digital content, printing and other customized services.
