Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Faithful Hands Consulting & Design LLC! Please review the following policy before booking your appointment. Booking All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. Please provide accurate contact information and any requested information when booking so we can properly prepare for your appointment. A booking fee, deposit, or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 24+ hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule without a late cancellation fee, subject to the terms of the service booked. Less than 24 hours' notice: Your booking fee or deposit may be forfeited, and a new booking fee may be required to schedule another appointment. No-shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee or deposit and may require payment before future appointments can be booked. Repeated cancellations or no-shows: Faithful Hands Consulting & Design LLC reserves the right to limit or decline future bookings. Late Arrivals Please be available and ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time. Significant delays may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may be treated as a missed appointment. Refunds Refund eligibility varies by service. Payments for services already completed, work already performed, or time already reserved may be non-refundable. Additional terms may apply to specific services and will be provided at the time of booking, through an invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
